- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup fat free milk

Green Grape Mango Peach Smoothie

This Mango Peach Smoothie is only 190 calories! This is my fav so far! Yummy!!
Green Grape Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 FRESH banana
- 1 cup FRESH seedless green grapes
- 1/4 (or less) of fat free milk
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy! (Add the milk to get it as creamy as you want, you may not need the full 1/4 cup.)
This Green Grape Banana Smoothie is only 221 calories!
Mango Blue-Strawberry Banana Smoothie

- ice (as needed)

This Blue-Strawberry Smoothie is only 171 calories!
This recipe made a large amount of smoothie! I was only able to eat about half (and I ate it with a spoon because it is a thick one) and I put the rest in the freezer for later! So really one meals worth of this smoothie is only about 85 calories!!
Berry Medley Smoothie Recipe
