So, this weeks weigh in kind of makes me want to cry!

I’m not sure what has gone on this past week! I have stuck with my diet…I have upped my exercise and yet the changes aren’t exactly what I’d like to see!!

January 29, 2014 – 137lbs

Chest-32    Fullest part of chest-35     Ribcage- 28.5  Waist-28     Belly button-30.5     Hips- 38     Thigh-21.5     Upper arm-11     Calf-14     Neck- 12

February 5, 2014 – 138.4lbs

It’s not horrible…but it’s definitely NOT good! I’ve gained weight and inches in a few places!

AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!

What am I doing wrong?!?

This week I have done Zumba four times, Jillian Michaels DVD 5 times, and ran twice!

My food intake has been under the 1200 calories MyFitnessPal tells me to…and I haven’t had a ton of sweets…heck I don’t know that I’ve had any sweets lol

Next week better start going in the right direction or I may just get upset 🙁
