Day 3 in the 30 Day Smoothie Challenge!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fat free milk
- ice (as needed)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy! (Add extra ice as needed to obtain the consistency you would like.)
This Blue-Strawberry Smoothie is only 171 calories!
This recipe made a large amount of smoothie! I was only able to eat about half (and I ate it with a spoon because it is a thick one) and I put the rest in the freezer for later! So really one meals worth of this smoothie is only about 85 calories!!
