Hey guys! For this weeks When Fat Cries, I decided to start a new healthy challenge!
I am going to be doing a 30 Day Smoothie Challenge and would love for you to join in!
Bobbie Jo from the awesome blogs: DownSideUpMommy and FromPregnantToMarathon gave me the idea by drinking so many yummy smoothies and I decided to turn it into a challenge for you guys and myself! If you aren’t familiar with her blogs be sure to drop on over and check her out! She totally rocks!
So what are the guidelines for this challenge?
It’s easy!
- Replace one meal a day with a healthy smoothie of your choice!
- Enjoy your smoothie and share the recipe if you want to HERE on our Facebook page!
That’s it!
I will do my VERY BEST to share the recipe, nutritional info and an image of each smoothie I try for this challenge and I URGE you to do the same!
