Wondering what to expect from When Fat Cries?
Well, it’s simple really…
no seriously…IT’S SIMPLE!!
When I did my New Year’s Resolutions for the blog I decided that I both needed and wanted to start a fitness page on my blog and really stick with it.
I know that in the past I have let you guys keep up with my progress, however, I want this section to be more than that!
So what does all of that mean exactly?
- Each week I will highlight a Mom Friendly fitness blog.
- Each week I will update my progress I REALLY NEED YOU GUYS TO KEEP ME ON TRACK AND MOTIVATED!!
- At least once a month I will do a “work out post” that describes what I am doing.
- I will do reviews on workout products and apps.
- I hope to get some guest posts from fellow Mom Bloggers on how they are staying fit be it recipes, workouts, or just well anything really to do with fitness!
Did I miss something? If there is something else you would like me to cover here just let me know!

So what are my plans for this months workout schedule??
Well, I have decided to take part in the Spartan Mile A Day challenge which will make the world of difference next month when I start my Couch to 5k stuff!
Three days a week like Monday, Wednesday, & Friday I am going to be doing one of my Jillian Michael’s DVDs. I have Ripped in 30, Yoga, and Killer Abs. I plan on doing each one once a week.
Three days a week like Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday I will be doing this:
Sunday…well Sunday I am RESTING!

She recently did an amazing post with 5 Tips for New Runners that blew my socks off! Even while I was sitting on my bum nursing a bad knee!
Thanks to her I learned about the wonderful site DailyMile.com which I will now be using! Feel free to find me and friend me so that you can fuss at me if you see me slacking off! You can also find me on MyFitnessPal.com, but I will go ahead and tell you I am not as strict with myself on inputting my food as I should be!

Unfortunately, I did not remember to do my measurements first thing this morning…however I did weigh myself…
after all of the holidays and food that I sadly broke down and let myself have…
I weigh 140lbs! Not too bad…
This means that I have 10lbs to lose!
Next week I PROMISE I will have pictures and my full measurements like I used to do in my progress posts!
